Specific class's needed?

Im getting ready to start playing on the 1999 server and i was curious what class's are most needed for groups on this server at the moment?

Play what you like IMO but from what I have seen.

#1 is always been Clerics in any guilds.

Always. Always.

Just debating between tank or dps.

tank - rarer
dps - need more of in group

so whatever you make should be fine. except ranger.

As a tank you will never look long for a group,
As a DPS you might not find a group immediately, but you can solo while waiting.

Play what you want, not what the server wants. If you don't love your class, I can guarantee you will burn out and re-roll, wasting alot of time and money.

GNOME!!!
It's near impossible to get a group if you aren't a gnome.

I agree any class but a Ranger as they are horribly gimped to start off. Hell. Do they really get any better at higher levels? Just asking because I played one in Vanguard and almost /RageQuit untill my ranger hit level 10-12ish.

its all about armor and weapons rly....rangers aint that bad (with AAs :p )
