Tempest is going to have a hard go of it. They are the only legitimate contenders who had leadership willing to take on enough new people and teach them the game. But that is easier when they wanted to take on the zerg, but not sure they have the desire to run the only zerg. 60-65, and will take far more grief than Empire because they have 25 fewer bodies and less gear.
Azreal will no doubt pillage the more senior players who want to look after themselves first. Then they will suffer from the same issues they had in past and be too small to do anything. There wont be enough players of the caliber they can stand on a 200 person server. Est size 40 max.
Empire spin off guild will be similar to Friends. Max geared PvP focused full of people like Crouton, Colgate etc. Predict 15-25, focused almost entirely on wrecking Tempest. It will be the most fun these aimchat have had on the server. They will finally understand why so many of us loved tight knit crew.
Slosh will be slosh. Always awesome. Hopefully support Tempest a bit, and vice-versa. They could be a huge difference to Tempest success once Azreal poaches senior players.
Casual Scum might come back and do something...seems unlikely.
My hope is Blue/Tune/Strut are willing to support the newer players and want to raid. It will be really rough on them. I just don't know if they have Colgate/Gongshow's willingness to do it.
Could end up with a fragmented server of smaller guilds until one does want to fill the void.
