Casting time is 0.0 on p99 since it doesn't get nerfed till luclin or later i think. Usable from inventory by any class any level.

Oh, i'm not looking to sell it, i just want to know how much it's worth so i can save up and buy one. Not sure how rare it is either.

I know on live I went through 60+ PHers both times I camped the thing...

Had more of the random epic drops than shields just from camping the three spawns in the room

yah, is a very nicey, toy item... AoN might make you look like a skelly, but this is more useful.
