Same here, I never play solo games (they bore the shit out of me).

But souls game are just special. It is to be specified to our fellow friends that have never played, that you can at any time start a coop : you basically "invite" a friendly soul to assist you on your endeavors.

Careful : when doing so, you might attract "bad" souls (other players that have decided to be pvp).

Yes, as you can imagine, sometimes the game can become quite epic.

Please don't miss out on this title that many EQ players love for its lore/Difficulty/gameplay.

Dark Souls 1 and 2 are definitely two of the best games I have ever played. I never really played Demon Souls, but i cant wait for Dark Souls 3. The immersion will be massive at my house

Do eeet. The first time you get invaded as a souls noob, yer butthole puckers a little. The co-op system is awesome overall.

dark souls 1 is def best game ive played on console in many many years. dark souls 2 was meh, i think they hit and miss on some things. dark souls 3 looks like its gonna be good.

DS1 was great, DS2 was a solid game but pales compared to the first

i heard they aren't going back to the DS1 type of world so that kinda sucks

really loved the way places connected, great lay-out of zones, i can't think of any other game world that is remotely close to being as cool

This was never true for the master race and only marginally true for console users. You throw your sign down in an area and have your friend click in ds1 . In ds2 they added a ring for you to throw on and it worked 9/10 times to have your friends sign show up. Bloodborne worked the same as ds1 but the summon system was a lot different and forced you to get good and solo that shit.

You can co-op w/ friends to pve a level, or just hang around and slay invaders. As stated, players wanting to PVP will randomly invade ppl in their Lvl range after using a specific item. I bet they tweaked the co-op to be even more user friendly for DS3.
