Are these Dragons perma-farmed? or are there set times where people can join in killing them? I would love to participate before I outlevel them.

if it drops loot, its perma farmed. good rule of thumb

You would need to join a guild that kills them. Azure Guard, Omni, Europa, BDA, Forsaken, Awakened. Those are the guilds that have been seen on that raid scene lately.

You mean you haven't purpose built two level 52 alts to permanently camp at the dragon's lairs and equipped them with full Velious quest armor and NToV rot weapons yet?

I mean, that would be the logical thing to do. If only we could all achieve such greatness.

my NV warrior only has Vindi BP QQ need to step up my Velious loot game - didnt even think about going for NTOV rot over VP ! :D
