Shovel of Ponz quest bugged?
 

I recently completed most of the focus items on my mage. However, when I gave my components to Vira for the Shovel of Ponz, she ate them and no quest triggered. This was after the dialogue of course. Is the submission for this quest bugged?? It worked for the other 3 focus items.

Yes- I had all the proper quest materials!

Can these quests be MQ'd? If so, perhaps someone tunred in something before you that was incorrect.

These quests worked for my mage, but that was many moons ago.

You probably turned in the wrong items or to the wrong NPC.

You can put in a petition to see what you turned in. It's easy to mix up the toes or gems on those quests.

How would I do that? I did a /petition in game but have yet to hear back. I am certain I turned in the proper items, as I did for the other three focus items, but a double check couldn't hurt.

I successfully completed this quest 17 days ago with a Ruby, a Gargoyle Eye from MM, a Shovel from CT gators, and Hill Giant Toes.

[Sun Mar 06 11:19:21 2016] Vira says, 'Each of the four items needed to construct the famed Shovel of Ponz! Very well. As you have displayed ingenuity, I grant you this shovel.'

Reimbursements are done via the forum, not in game petitions.

Post there and they can get back to you, be sure to include information such as which NPC, your character name, items used, item expected, date, approximate time.

You may get reimbursement if it is a bug, if you messed it up in some way then you just gotta do it again.
