raiding almost isn't as fun without the trash talking after each week, now theres just boatloads of passive aggression and lawyerquesting.

Almost every guild that raids has full-on RNF bans or at the very least "You can post in RNF but no Ranting or Flaming" clauses. Hence the death of good RNF.
