Spam filter issues
 

I am getting the "your message was not sent due to spam filter restrictions" when I try to /OOC or /auction in chat.

I realize there is a filter for under a certain level per minute but this is happening EVERY time I try it, no matter how long I wait after I've tried before. Even logged out and back int to try and still the same.

Anyone else experience this or have any ideas? Thanks.

Your message might be too long? Or too many capital letters.

I'm now even getting this message when I Hail an NPC. Something doesn't sound right with this.

I had the same issue. Until I was level 5~ish, then it disappeared. I believe it's to reduce new account spam.

It's well but can we attempt to do a quest if we can't hail the npc???

+1 with a can't-hail issue

I have no skills/weapons/armor and I can't talk to NPCs. I tried wandering out into the world to punch rats to death for a while but that's going nowhere.

I'm having the same issue as a level 4 character. Hopefully level 5 will remove the restriction.
