Escaped Froglok Slave - Swamp of No Hope - Resolved
 

Used to drop shackles for the granite pebble quest.

I slaughtered frogs on the first island on the road outside of cabilis in swamp of no hope for 2 hours and did not see a single escaped froglok slave. Either the spawn is tuned to be way too low or this NPC is not populated. Reports indicate that it is a rare spawn shared by any of the frogloks in the zone, but even newbies killing should be able to see 1 or 2 within 40 mins.
