Mira N'Mar not selling Quest Item

Mira N'Mar is not selling the Rune of Fortune for the Incandescent Mask quest. I have not checked the vendor in qeynos yet.

This right here. I just got the rune from the Qeynos NPC this way. Also, make sure it is 50 gold, not 5 plat. I found that out the hard way.

Yes this worked tyvm. The quest said purchase so I figured they sold it.
