Call of Sky effect issues
Incoming wall of text.
First order of business: Call of Sky appears to be missing its pushback component, as far as I can tell? Lucy Quote:
I'm gonna be a complete hypocrite by trying to disprove the source I just cited, but I'm almost certain that Call of Sky Strike wasn't an actual stun. I would specifically use Call of Sky when not tanking because Call of Fire was too much aggro. Comments on an admittedly Luclin item Quote:

Curious. What is the purpose of increase strength (1) on an instant duration spell?
Does it cancel any existing strength buffs on the target or what? Does it make aggro in a similar way to AC modifiers do? |
I'm not sure, but that was later changed to a zero sec stun.

That helps that the name was changed too, thanks.
