FV : Captain Keatar - Resolved
 

The captain in theory has 2 quests although AllaK doesnt have the quest text, it has the details.

First quest can not be done at this time, the zone with the drop is not open.

Second quest which takes 4 Goblin Bracers, those do drop, collected 4 and if I hand them in, nothign happens, bracers come back on my cursor.
