Disconnonecting from EQ everytime while starting to stream on Twitch
 

When I try and start to stream P99 on Twitch I automatically go LD and disconnect from EQ.
Everything with OBS (streaming program) is working correctly.
I haven't streamed in about 6 months and never had an issue before.
But since coming back and downloading the patch v41 I've had this problem.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
