Rogue off-hand weapon choice
 

I recently managed to aquire a 13dmg piercer for mainhand, so I moved my rapier of oriin to offhand and benched my CSS. Im wondering is 12/24 delay ratio but with slightly worse stats going to work out better dps than the rapier which is 12/25 but slightly better stats.

Also, is there a better offhand I could get? Could sell CSS and Oriin and have about 2k cash to put towards something. Or at level 42 am I better trying to save (probably in vain) for my epic, or just questing it out?

put the 12/24 and slightly worse stats in offhand for now. Sell the rapier and buy a better ratio offhand (there are a few of them). Alternately, save up your cash for epic for when you can equip it and never look back.

the difference is gonna be minimal but you may as well go with the better ratio, you can get stats from other gear slots & the impact they'll have is small at your level.

You should be able to quest your own epic at 46, no need to pay for it. Just need a group or so for the general kill and pray you don't have to do the side-quests for quill and whatever the other piece is. You have the easiest epic to obtain, can do it yourself.
