Can anyone give me a magelo link of a lvl 60 ranger? I'm trying to get a feel for what their stats/gear look like at that level.

Go here and look at the Velious raiding gear selection. If after all the apells. That's just a small taste of what's available. Personally, strength is the last star I would put into basically any character on a P99 server. I plan to make a ranger soon and won't add any strength.
