- Does anyone know the respawn timer for Priest Delar, Priest Bjek, or Priest Grenk?
- Any known placeholders?
- Does this map accurately represent their spawn points? Also, where do they path once they do spawn?

There aren't any placeholders. I'm not sure about spawn time, but it's somewhere between 8 and 24 hours. The spawn points you list seem reasonable, as that is approximately where I pulled them from. They seem to roam back and forth in those boxes when they are up.

They are up frequently. I think some of the faction farmers may end up killing them, so just pay attention.

Roughly yes. The two northern ones can path a bit west of that, but more or less accurate.
