Who do/did you support for the presidential nomination?

Who's your ticket?

To re-clarify, more directly, I go with undecided at this point. I like Rand, but he's no longer. That leaves basically A vs. B on any conservative-ish platform of the GOP, and in both instances I have doubts at this point. Maybe a Cruz/Rand ticket? I might like that, and has been mentioned by many before primaries even started. Though that may be unlikely as Rand has said he has decided to not place his own endorsement on anyone now that he is out of the race.

But like I've stated, I'm watching it play out. imo there needs to be better vetting. I do feel the current line-up is much better than four and eight years ago from the GOP's offering. Someone like McCain or Romney? Just no.

I think you have underestimated how much vitriol and extreme hatred there is in this country for Christians in the metropolises. People are personally offended by his beliefs.

Harry Reid made a very revealing establishment statement on this when asked about the delegate system. The system is designed to cater to moderates and progressive minorities, not people like Ted Cruz.

Even if Cruz soars, its in the establishments best interest to nominate Rubio or Trump. I don't have a problem with Cruz personally as a former Catholic, but I'm not blind to how much of a deal breaker it is in 2016. You need to get out and talk to some people outside of your red state if you think Cruz is electable. His religious beliefs are extremely polarizing and will only create more division and hate among the parties, the establishment knows he is not right for America in 2016. Guys like Rubio, Kasich, and Trump especially are more up Americas alley.

I'm in a blue state. So which "establishment" candidate were you endorsing here? Is that "Rubio or Trump"? Is "Trump" even establishment? So Rubio? My pref mostly leans towards candidates that support and defend the Constitution of the United States. Very rare in modern times.
