Most practical underwater breathing items
 

I'm thinking about adventuring into Kedge Keep for some of that Prexus blessed loot. What's my best course of action for solving the underwater breathing problem? I plan to go solo.

I'd say fishbone earring.

Not sure how prices are over there on Blue, but the Knotted Turtlebone Ring from our friend Lodizal is a good PvE item (some AC, 25hp, 35 mana, or vice versa) with worn Enduring Breath. Might even be worth leaving on a finger full-time.
