Summary: The teleporter from Erudin City to Erudin Palace is not working

Steps to Reproduce -
-Create a Erudite
-GM/Admin teleport to /loc "-644.40 , -163.15 , 71.72"
-Walk east on to and past the blue teleporter platform from Erudin City to Erudin Palace
-Observe

Observed Results: Player is teleported to the Erudin City Docks
Expected Results: Player is teleporter to Erudin Palace
