Enchanter epic, Modani OT quest mob?
 

So servers were reset twice like what, a month ago? 3-4 weeks maybe I don't know. On red I am guessing no one has since done enchanter epic, as Modani is not up. 32hrs I have wandered the spot and killed anywhere from 2 to 3 roaming scorps, 40 min respawn. 15% chance respawn apparently. Nothing yet, I have searched everywhere for info on this. Heard people saying 5 hours, 15 hours to spawn him etc due to long spawn. At first I read he spawned in the one rooom, but this appears to be false info and he can path into that one room, in fact 2 of the possible PHers(or maybe only 1 is the real ph? no idea) path in and out and circle the buildings.

The room you see the dots enter marks the room where its easiest to stand to find the walking ph. otherwise you can simply follow the circle and kill the ones that sit in the halls. Now I have been at this for a long time, amazingly enough I was max ally VS, and still ally after so much killing. I literally finished verina/vessel kill 4 days ago and have had the entire epic sitting (3 complete staffs, bag to modani for final staff to turn into BW imitator). And this IS the hardest bottle neck I have had. Most of the stuff I had rotting in the bank, prince head, serpent head, essence, tangrin, etc all but vessel and verina really since I never tried for the epic and just collected as it presented itself.

On blue, I assume this guy once spawned is never killed. On red I would assume the same applies as who wants to bother killing a 55 ench NPC for no real reason. I am sure he was up pre server resets, but Red is weird, low pop, only a few enchanters doing epic atm and none of them that I know have done the step for modani leaving me with the task to spawn him. I got Felia after 13 spawns(literally spent 20 minutes there after 2 friends doing epic spent 2+ hrs.) I thought Felia would be the hardest part of all. Ghost of kindle was a joke, and can be single pulled via targeting and IVU going up on top of the ghost castle building and getting a crit calm resist solo pulled ontop and killed by a charmed pet solo.

So while I constantly question myself in this TLDR post about am I on the right spawns which I am fairly certain I am. Anyone have any info about the final turn in at the sarnak imitator? Klyseer named was up, I figure I will just calm everything near by. Then what, I walk up to imitator and ask "Are you jeb lumsed" and look for a reply, or nothing and just hand in the Bundle of Staves receiving my epic?

any help on modani spawn or final turn in is appreciated, for some reason I have heard a few bad stories about final turn in not sure if because people were stupid and didn't understand what they were doing or what.

TLDR = am I spawning Modani properly? Anything to know about final epic turn in besides ask Sarnak Imitator are you jeb lumsed, calm everything, turn in bundle n done.

You aren't crazy, that is the right room where the dots lead into (there is an iksar statue in the room), and you are just having bad luck with popping named epic mob Modani. I advise killing/clearing inside and outside the building. Modani roams outside the building iirc.

Modani drops a robe so some jerks probably do clear him...

And for your sanity, clear the building and nearby area for imitator including Kly. He might be charmable.

Good to know, that 3rd scorp I have been killing has been the one that roams up and down the ramp just outside. I have seen no mention of him where he can path or roam outside however.. but there is 1 more that paths across a decent ways out I will start killing, but I dont think its related.

Is it that bad to calm everything, high resist/mr or just charm and let them insta kill each other etc etc?

There are other roamers pathing through or near imitator hut. Best to just clear with a charmed Kly (if possible) and while you do your thing, kly can engage adds.

sounds like a plan, clear 1 by 1 for a few then calm the rest and do turn in mid battle.

A final pic with item window and another pic pre-turn in at the imitator would be cool, /hint

Can do @ SS you want me to have my bundle of staff pic in trade window with imitator then one with epic on infront of him? Still trying for the damn scorpion though. Log has me at 96 venril sathir hits(first started with the general 2 pathers, then 2 pathers + the 2 at the ramp entrances on left and right side) even killed some of the double and 4x repop room once or twice just to see and got scrounger repops(drop ancient coin for drums)

Yes the SS setup sounds great. I wouldnt concern myself too much with the faction hit unless theres a quest where you need to be in the positive, is that the case? The scorpions drop a poison vial and i've found it profitable to collect them to sell to rogues for poisonmaking. They need THOUSANDS! When I camped Modani I'd farm about 100 poison per sitting. I dont recall how long it took though. I came back from a long break and he was up.

I noticed, they vendor for around 2pp per. I made easily 300-400 plat raw looting, and another 6 stacks of these claws. Looted various low gems, emeralds, black pearls. And with 1 eye open, I just logged in to see a enchanter pet through the wall, rana round the corner to see Modani!

edit - Picture of Modani just for a bit more clarification in future if anyone has to spawn him. Room with the iksar, but he can path the entire circle as image shows above. I caught him in front of the door to the open for my turn in, did not respond to any of the What is xiolon rod, snow blossoms etc. Readily replied to hail and stopped moving for it however.

Finished: Was amiably to Modani, Amiable to Jeb, still Amiable after and even with a alliance click. And as asked for, turn in(calmed everything in hut, 3 adds + klyseer) I gained nearly 270 mana or something extra just wearing this, the str will be a nice addition even though hes mostly for buffing/farming. The self click is great junk buff and free pet haste.

So I don't look that cool, crimson robe is ok. Never took him to hate for insidious set nor have I bothered to faction any of the kael or SS armor I have for him.
