VP key ground spawn medallions in Swamp of no hope and Kaesora
 

Both are spawning in the correct location, however they are respawning too quickly, within 10 min. Both should be a longer respawn, either 8 or 12 hours.

All of the 9 medallion pieces that make up the quest for the VP key are on 8 hour timers. if you get one and a friend needs it as well, come back in 8 hours. "

That post is wrong about all 9, pained soul is just a very rare with ph, as is the rotting skelly in DL. And 2 are from quest turn ins. The 8 hours on the rest does sound right though.

That post just meant the ground spawns were 8 hr respawns, not any NPCs.

Are these working correctly now?

Confirmed still spawning within 10 minutes.
