Expected:
Haggle Baron Klok (387, -347, 18) should have a ground spawn in front of him, "A Key" that unlocks the door where the half elf maiden is located (413, -232, 18).

Actual:
Instead, the door is always unlocked and there is no ground spawn key.

The key didnt exist until later
