Monk Exp Penalty
 

On the wiki it used to be like 44% iksar and 20% human penalties. Was the monk penalty removed during the hybrid class penalty removal?

Yes. Class penalties were removed, though racial penalties remain.

I was under the impression it's was hybrid classes only. Thank you!
