after patch (v41) on 1/31/2016, canni 3 no longer functions as it did before the patch, not sure if this was intentional or not, but it has been nerfed. Instead of dealing 100hp and returning 50-60 mana, it now deals 73 hp and returns 30-35 mana. Did not see anything about it being nerfed in patch notes.

Wasn't nerfed in classic. Guessing it really is a bug.

I noticed this as well, with the rarity of Canni IV this affects a lot of shammys

You guys were seriously using Cann3 or Cann2 all this time? So inefficient.

as far as i know, this is still an issue. Please fix

It's a fix, not a bug. New values are classic.
