im no math major but the scientific calculator i just input that in number for number symbol for symbol gave me -30. It could possibly be wrong tho? haha i dont get this post already!

It is 30.

Reason? Order of Operations. 6x6 first so 36, then subtract 6.

I mean -30.

Wouldn't that be 6-(6x6)= 30? whereas 6-6x6=0?

Without that it would be 0.

I know im like einstien in hurr.

Can't do math without it though. ;)

My dad just got home from teaching today and says you're all in dire need of math lessons.

Or your dad needs to go to a real college and get a real education.

6-(6x6) = X
6-(36) = X
6+(-36) = X

-30 = X

6-6 is 0 and zero times anything is.....
