Can't launch due to DSETUP.dll missing
 

Working on Windows 10 I have EQ Titanium installed and extracted all the P99 files and installed them overwriting any similar files. Made my account and registered.

Last problem I'm having is eqgame.exe - System Error

The program can't start because DSETUP.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

Tried installing direct X 9 for windows 10 and did not resolve the issue.

Any tech savy supporters out there have any solutions to this problem. Much appreciated,

Check your Virus program ( many quarantine P99's Anti Cheat ( dsetup.dll ) ) and if possible mark that file or your whole eq directory as exempt from scans
