I know a guy who was sentenced to 10 years in prison for conspiracy to get fake papers. He didn't even get anything, he just said he was interested and when offered some he said he would buy them. He never bought them and there was no evidence he was sincerely offered the fake papers. Just some college flunky who was dealing marijuana.

With the punishment for fake papers so severe, that even the "thought" of asking for someone to find you fake papers being illegal, is REAL ID really that big of a deal?

I need to consider this more.

So you don't mind if our government refuses to let you go on domestic flights without "real ID?"? Just wait, it's going to get way worse than that. If you don't produce your federal ID at government offices etc they'll turn you away. Soon enough, you won't be able to do the most basic things without the card, like spending your own money. Everything will be on it. Need groceries? Tough shit. No card, no food.

Good little sheep get the gold star. Just like the ones I got when I did a good job on my schoolwork when I was in kindergarten. That was probably a real cute inside joke for them as they were coming up with their Nazi plans.

Fucking assholes. This sort of shit is exactly what the 2nd Amendment was created for. Tyrannical government turning on its own citizens needs to be taken down or we all become their bitches.

Can't wait for the door-to-door gun grab. Lol
