A few of you were interested in some of the chatter we had discussing starship troopers and the sequal, well I thought you might be interested in this.

Phil Tippet ahs been making visual effects on pretty much every movie you love and it seems vice has done a profile on him!

Worth watching, if you are at all interested in visual effects, Phil is the guy that basically took over for Ray Harryhausen, who later whispered into Spielberg's ear while they were both seeing ILM's CG pitch demo for their bid on Jurassic park, "I think I'm extinct", which was later inserted into the movie.
