Poor guy. It's now a matter of legal record that his dignity is only worth $7,000. To go on record as an idiot baby unable to resist video game, for so small a sum. I agree with the courts finding but still sucks to be him.

Hmm if only this worked irl.. I would be sueing them also because I miss sleep almost every day playing this game. Only thing I can relate it to is my early eq addiction when I first found this game in 2000 or maybe my Fallout addiction to Fallout 1, Fallout 2, and Fallout 3. I wasn't able to get that into Fallout Tactics.

$7k will buy him at least another few weeks of mountain dew and taco bell to sustain his life while he bleeds his soul into fallout though. That's all he was after.
