Lizards shamans are really in a bad spot, still suffering with alchemy vendors iirc :(

Hunt in Warrens, get faction with paineel so you can buy there, do initiate symbol of cazic thule quest, profit

Best bet is to ask a guildie/friend/random to buy it for you. It's only like 20p or something, can buy in any cleric guild. You will need to do the same for a lot of your 50+ spells, that are buyable, as most are only in FV or OT. Find someone who can help you buy them, or its ALOT of faction work. (For example I did 29-39 in FV on pirates and drolvargs and am still KOS to FV.
But it's all worth it being Ikky!
