Haste - General question and understanding
 

FBSS = 21% haste.

If you have the FBSS on and no other haste item and no other haste buff while wielding a 20 dmg 40 dly weapon;

Does that mean your affective dly with that same weapon is now 32?

It might be easier to look at it like you are doing 21% more DPS.

Wait, how does the rounding work. I thought it always rounded up, which means 40/1.21 would be 34.

Or does it round like >.5 = up or < .5 = down

It's 33.05785123966942 - not sure how or if it rounds in EQ but that is 33 in my book.

I am with you on that, I am just wondering what their formula is or if anyone knows.
