Just curious has this dropped?

I've seen people using it so yes.

The Sword of Pain drops often enough, and the kobold who drops it isn't particularly hard to reach. The difficulty in obtaining it nowadays is that everyone went back to Sebilis and Karnor, so the Lower Kobolds area in Velketor's sometimes goes untouched for days at a time. As such you can't really expect to get one by zoning into Velks and waiting till you see a rot called in /ooc like you could when Velious first opened. You'll probably have to build your own group. The Paladin version (Sword of Blessings) drops as well, farther up in the same general area.

Both weapons are 19/25 ratio.

You were right on the damage/delay. It changes later.

Sword of Pain dropped last night and I was able to run from HHK before it rotted on my 29 SK ( via IC ). Heck of a nice weapon. /who all dial ftw.

Also, the effect is a clicky, which is very nice, must equip.
