New player trading area?
 

Hi everyone, I'm Atom.

I am new to eq pc, and so far have had a blast! Played EQOA quite a bit on ps2, but first time trying PC. Feels very similar in the community.

What I was wondering, is if there is a better place to buy sell and trade lower level armor and weapons than the tunnel? It seems really difficult to find people selling items for lower level, lower income players there. My brother is playing a tank and looking for large banded armor for his troll SK but has been looking for days without even a hint.

I had the same problem when I was starting out, the problem isn't that there is no place for lower end items to be sold, the problem stems from people not wanting to spend time on items where they're only getting ~100pp worth of profit.

Some people I have seen pass up 1k items because it isn't "worth their time" to sell them.

Best bet is to contact crafters through the crafting list. If you need something smithed send a /t to Seredoc or Xaea, I can craft a lot of tailored items and smithed items so lmk

I also hang on to lower end items from time to time to make newbies/lowbies happy so if I have anything I pass it on
