Limited Mouse range in Linux-Mint
 

When I mouse look around the world I can only turn 360 degrees. I have noticed that looking clockwise with the mouse I can only turn around 100 degrees. Looking counter clockwise I can turn the other 260 degrees. Of special note, this is when eq (with wine) is on the right monitor. If I move the eq window to the other (left screen) the turn limitations are reversed. I'm trying remove the limitation. Thanks for any help.
