People who throw a fit when someone inspects them
 

Since this the rant area I suppose ill rant about a Pet peeve of mine. I REALLY cant stand people who run away when a simple lowbie is looking at their gear to maybe get an idea of gear they should be getting. Not only will people run away so you cant inspect they'll send you tells saying how they dont like the "riff raff" of the world inspecting them. I mean really people I get it EQ is a GREAT game but is just that a game and people being upset that someone is admiring their pixels is childish and immature, are they any rational reasons for this behavior or just losers in RL taking advantage of the power they have in game to act like an elitist asshole. Im sure many disagree, but yeah thats just my opinion, any other views and discussion welcome

Anyone that gets upset somebody inspected them is a fucking moran. I've encountered this a couple of times too. Thankfully it was much more common on classic than it is on P99. Most people don't seem to care here.

if someone runs away from me while inspecting i make it a point to run after them and re-inspect until i know every single piece of gear they're wearing. can't escape the bard speed you oversensitive bitch

In classic on my server people used to typically ask for permission before inspecting. It's an RP element that never happened on this server

really wish I could train sand giants between zones into EC and some how murder the entire zone denizens

uninvited inspection is essentially rape

dunno i always have inspect off shit gets annoying when you randomly inspect someone.
