Who's going to bother making a forum post in an effort to sell some 50PP fluff items? Drolvarg Mantles and Wraith Bone Hammers are out there in abundance...you'll just have to get off your duff and go to the tunnel in-game if you want to buy them. Contrary to thinking everyone is rich, the very reason the high-end items dominate the EC forum is specifically because relatively few players have such amounts of money, with fewer still online at any given time of day. Hence sitting around spamming in-game makes for a poor way to try to sell such things.

You can make a ton of plat starting small flipping mid level twink gear. It's the path to riches on this server.

Learn 2 play OP. It's not that hard, just spend a few hundred hours tunnelquesting and then you, too, can own your very own fungi

Those items end up rotting in their bank or slot somewhere.

Think of the immersion for a moment, people spending weeks/months of their lives per year to play online economy sim...and they get so caught up in it that it becomes their own prison.

Don't be mad at that camp lawyer - he's got economy sickness, he just needs a pixel hit to bump his excel spreadsheet so he can re-evaluate his quarterly projections and keep an imagined board of directors happy.

Every item you ever wanted is camped? Don't get mad, they can't help it. They clearly don't need a 27th Ring of the Ancients but they have economy sickness - they can't help it.

If anything you should be helping them as a community.

There is an alternative though where YOU can camp the items YOU need..............

It's amazing the number of people who have made this statement on the forums and are subsequently banned.

I'm not sure where the relationship falls, but it is a pattern I have noticed.

Yeah, a buddy of mine teaches college. He started p99 and said he would sit in ec and trade during grading. He hasn't stepped foot out of ec and is epic with over 200k in loot on a lvl 2. Pretty gross haha.
