Abashi's Dispell - Abolish Enchantments [ID-1792]

At this point in our timeline... Abolish Enchantments should be 1-single slot debuff and be limited to only 100' range.

I'm working on narrowing down when they changed this spell from 1->3 slot and 100-> 250' range. Some time between April 2001 and March 2002.

But in its first form, this click should blow.

looks like sometime in/around November 2001 they changed the click to be from instant to 3 second cast time, and increased the number of dispel slots from 1 to 3, this post says 4 but supports the idea that it's more than 1

tl;dr until around November 2001 it should be an instant cast 1 slot dispel range 100, November 2001 it should become 3 second cast 250 range 3 slot dispel

This post says it dispels the wielder's buffs.

my assumption is that when they had the mass update on weapons in october? 2001 they also changed the effect, but the earliest evidence we have of it being the current iteration is November 2001

This seems logical.

Launch - October 2001 --- 1 slot dispell, instant, 100 range
October - End of Server --- 3 slot dispell, 3 sec cast, 250 range
