Hard Liquor
 

Beer thread brought this to mind but, what is everyone's favorite hard liquor? Personally I think beer sucks, won't touch it, don't really enjoy the flavor, don't enjoy spending a few hours to get loaded, and don't enjoy having to urinate every few minutes.

Anyway would be curious to hear what other people drink, always up for a new bottle.

When I have a drink in the evening I like scotch
Aberfeldy (21 year old), Bowmore (16 year old) Balvanie double wood (12 year old)

Weekend I switch to bourbon
Makers Mark 46

Or rum:
Pyrat Rum only

Also beer sucks.

Go to a real bar, its a bunch of overweight people in dim light that need to drink in order to make each other seem attractive

Any good adult activity involves alcohol. Maybe you just go to shitty places, and the people you most likely associate with are going to be fat and pathetic whether they are drinking or not.

Every nice dinner, party, function, or gathering of any sort involves alcohol.

Hmmm, interested in Jameson 12 yr and Basil Hayden's, never had irish whiskey before either.

I will also buy a bottle of Knobb Creek, but just so I can put it next to my Mount Gay rum, cause when people look in my liquor cabinet it will be childish and funny to me.

Angel's Envy - Hard to beat in the 50$ range.

Just a quick question


Do you get all of your real life knowledge from movies?

People go to "dinner" parties out of obligation for family or work. Not for fun. They drink because they can't stand the idea of communicating on any real level with each other.

Man $23 regular Jameson is such a smooth whiskey. Really the other stuff isn't worth the extra loot.

Now zacapa is worth getting the anejo.

Anything that you can't drink neat or on the rocks is gross imo. And we are all shocked that life long eq player presumed drug addict and hello kitty avatar thinks liquor is gross.
