Targeting circle

When I click to turn on the targeting circle in video, it goes yellow then back to white after a few seconds. I can't seem to get it to stay on, and it's hampering game play at this point.

Anyone know whats going on? :confused:

Targeting circle isn't classic; and is shut off. Same situation as the compass and map.

Just wait until you can't mouse wheel to 3rd person.

No - Target Rings didnt come into effect till Planes of Power
