Thanksgiving Hype Thread

Because everyone knows that BDA members are morbidly obese I've made this thread to talk about the best American Holiday (because of the food) Thanksgiving.

Do you call it dressing or stuffing?
Do you like your cranberry sauce to come in cylinder form or actual berry form?
Do you brine your turkey or are you an idiot?
Sister Schubert Rolls or Sister Schubert Rolls? See what I did there?
Pumpkin pie or Pecan pie?
Peh-cahn or Pee-can ?

stuffing and i fucking love how my momma makes it!

who doesnt like pecan pie???

I started deep frying my turkeys a couple of years ago....it's amazing. It does cost a little more because of how much oil you need for a turkey, but 100% worth it

I have nothing to do at work currently so I might as well talk about one of the most underrated holidays of the year (great food and football all day, come on).

Stuffing
Cylinder form or it's just not the same. Yeah, homemade berry form is good but cylinder is a classic
Brine errything
Is this a Texas thing?
Pecan pie > pumpkin but both are top 5 pies
Peh-cahn pie

Sister Schubert rolls are the bomb. Highly recommend for all holiday gatherings, and especially Thanksgiving. Grocery stores are know to sell out so I'd get them a week early at minimum.

RNF just becoming an extension of BDA's member forums now. But I guess hey, all our fans are here right? When is Swish showing up? (Is he wearing a cat costume? Will he be standing under the mistletoe?)

-Stuffing
-Can
-Rehpotsirhc and I grew up having duck on T-giving. Duck > Turkey.
-The sister schubert rolls that come in a frozen pie-tin, not the loose ones.
-Why is Apple not on this damn list?
-Pee-can. South yall.

This is how a lot of us do it up in Maine. It's called a Trashcan Turkey. Great on hunting/camping trips too. :)
