Character flips 180* every couple seconds indoors
 

Hey, I've been having a problem where my character flips 180* every couple of seconds, while I am in indoor dungeons. It does not happen in outdoor zones, and it does not happen while I am playing any other character. Wineq2, regular client, and any FPS setting. Happens while I am not mouselooking. Do I have a curse from the GM's after getting my account back, or is this a known issue?

more testing:
it always faces me directly south
it happens with or without mouselook
it only happens indoor
it started after taking a Whirl trap in Dragon Necropolis and camping with the debuff on me, but has persisted past losing the debuff, zoning, camping, dying, etc.
it only happens on my rogue

this happens to me constantly. seems to happen when a lot of people are zoning in/out of an indoor area.

This was the devs solution/consolation for removing the compass from game.

Definitely noticeable when people zone in.

Does your PC/laptop struggle to play newly released games or is it quite new? Are you running P99 from a single core (if you have multi-core processor)? There's a guide on that somewhere.

Was happening to me on Windows 10 when people zoned in until I installed P99 on a SSD.

turns out it's not a client issue, i have a whirl till you hurl trap debuff permanently stuck on my character. doesn't happen on other characters etc. i'm convinced it's a sick joke at this point, because they won't even look at my petition.

Hit the trap again, I'm absolutely sure that will fix it as I am an internet doctor.

lol if that's the case I'm not going to DN till they fix that, that would be SUPER annoying hahaha
