A large snake rattle doesn't seem to drop
 

Greetings.

I've tried to farm 'a rattlesnake', 'a large rattlesnake' and 'a kerra snake' which are supposed to drop 'a large snake rattle' used to craft research training runes and got no success after hours doing it in various places (Erud's crossing, North Ro, Commonlands).

I use to check vendors too and got no success.

Maybe I'm very unlucky but could you check if this item is in these creatures' loots table, please?

You'd be correct, if this server was emulating 2002.

1st entry, on Lucy, doesn't mean that it didn't exist on EQ before this date as manastone informations prove it. :p

As I say: 'large snake rattle' is used to craft Apprentice Beza Runes so Concordance of Research and runes must be removed OR large snake rattle must be added as loot (if it's not already the case).

A lot of sites upgraded software in 2002, both forums and databases. Unfortunately, the majority of the prior information was lost from those sites.

For instance, remember ezboard? Remember when everyone stopped using it in 2002? ohhhh yeah.

I got all kinds of giant snake rattles on asps and giant rattlesnakes. You can buy them from me in E Commonlands for 1plat, or you can buy them from the druid ring's merchant because I sold many of them there. My name Ceeninedy.

Giant is not Large.

ok, snakes changed some. 'large rattlesnakes' shouldn't exist. they were called 'a rattlesnake', and dropped the large rattle. fixed that.

kerra snakes weren't dropping it, fixed that. fixed giant rattlesnake rattle drop as well.

these will be active next patch.

large rattlesnakes still exist in East Commons and West Commons. Still trying to get a Large Snake Rattle to drop.

There hasn't been a patch to the p99 live server since I posted that.

When is the patch going to be? Four months later and still no large snake rattles.

Not being pushy, just want to plan my spell research....
