Project 1999 - A little help

I've been thinking about getting into Project 1999 for a long time, but I've been a little daunted by some of the setup issues. I don't suppose anyone would be willing to mentor me, kind of help me get setup? Please send me a PM if you're that sort of kind soul. :D (We have PMs on this forum, right?)

We do have PMs, but you might need a certain post count to have access to them. Do you still need help, and if so, did you receive any PMs?

No, not yet, unfortunately. I'm still not sure how to get that game or how to install it exactly. It seems complicated, but I would really like to get back into EQ. Thanks for your post.

It does SEEM complicated, but it's totally doable (even by non-gifted people as I am a living testament).

Once you procure the files and/or discs (got any friends who play here maybe?), the installation guide is very straight-forward! (http://www.project1999.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2651)
