I prefer a three pronged approach:

1. Learn about medicine and neuromuscular anatomy to supplement my coursework.

2. Relaxing clinical setting that mixes with EQ to induce a trancelike state of superior relaxation.

3. Getting handsy with qt lab assistant to stimulate my healthy libido.
