Edit: Played As Blanco Beatyouwithmybanjo half elf bard and Guttzs Sluttzs barbarian warrior...I was like...16? I used to buy sell in the bazaar like crazy and ended up with a huge pile of moneys, I ran casinos etc very succesfully. Anyways one day you or a friend got me so good on a scam scheme involving you or him basically listing
WTB "X"( some unique or rare item thats useless but unheard of and unsearchable at the time) and convinced me it was for some high end quest and you or him would pay big bucks for it.
Anyways i was pretty convinced but I remember having reservations about it being what you or him claimed(too good to be true). heres where you got me, it was on Flymolo that you and I spoke. As far as community goes i believe you were in pande or something that was reputable, I was thinking this dudes maxed the fuck out whatever he wouldnt be a scammer.
a little fuzzy but a little later "Soandso" is online asking to WTB "X" and paying well. You werent in the bazaar at all to see his "wtb" so i was like ok lets try this out I set it up to buy from you and resell to make some easy plats right? I have to say it was very eleborate and took a while of talking to both "parties" or just you on alts and I bought it and then the "buyer" dissapeared. I was super pissed but also super impressed! You played it very well, the hunter of plats became the hunted! I even recall posting on your guilds website and explaining this in detail. You got me good you fucker! >=D
I attempted to google it and try to find the post/thread I made about you maybe on tallon zek or pandemoniums guild website but I havent had luck im at work too so doesnt help.
Not 100% sure about the details maybe you recall but im pretty sure thats how it went or you had something setup like you had a alt with the "rare item" set up as a merchant in the bazaar with the item to be bought. It was freakin eleborate and well done either way man!
Anyways message me on Guttzs in game gladly hook you up with something to start I dont have alot but either way every little bit helps! Can get you some starting armor etc |
