How to play in fullscreen?

Just installed the game last night and was able to play but only in windowed mode.

I tried alt+enter and it does put me in fullscreen but if I click in the "extra space" it gives me, I just get kicked back to a window.

I saw on the forums what I need to edit the eqclient.ini file to change the window size but there's no eqclient.ini file in my EQ directory.

Anyone was able to figure it out?

Thanks!

This happens to me if in the options my windowed mode is set to something smaller than my monitor's resolution - my monitor is 1920x1080 so if I set my windowed mode to that and then go full screen it's not a problem - but if my windowed mode is set to, say, 1280x720, then any space where i can see my desktop becomes a, send you back to windowed mode area if i click it when im in full screen - you can tell because you're mouse cursor changes from the EQ one to the windows one ( so make sure when you change you windowed resolution to match your monitor's that its centered and looks like it's full screen more or less, otherwise you can still click that weird, desktop space ) I don't know anything about altering any eq files - maybe there's a more effective approach to this : p
