Necro money making

So i'm 49 now, what's the best place for me to make money?

Get 51 and get splurt. You are now able to root rot just about anything. That + charm and you can hold down Sage / Exe / Cav / Frenzy / AM (if you are bold) in Lguk with relative ease. Don't recommend Lord until 55+. Resists are just too much.

What about the sea furies, I am there killing them, I have really poor gear(even missing 2 slots, I know its not required but would be nice) and am aiming to upgrade it for the final push to 60.

Sea furies are easy cash, if somewhat boring. Definitely easier to kill once you get splurt at 51 for root rotting, or rogue pet at 53 for fear kiting.

Another option that is generally less camped, but significantly more difficult, is Geonids once you get Rogue pet.

I prefer dungeon crawling for named mobs - more interesting to me. To each his own.

There's just no guarantee, and sometimes I don't have long enough to play to break into a camp and hold it for long anyways.

Seafurys are pretty good money but I'd personally echo that it will become easier and therefor much more efficient once you ding 51 and can scribe splurt.

How much damage does splurt do if it runs its full course.

1819.

It's like 7.5 damage per mana. One of the most efficient damage spells in the game.

I'm pretty sure I farmed guards in Felwithe before I moved on to seafuries, because they have less HP, and it's an actual camp so you don't have to compete for mobs, you can rake in about 500pp an hour off the 2h swords they drop, as long as you keep them rooted and separated from each other they won't heal, they dispell and root so just keep your FD ready just in case. But I think by the time I started doing any real plat farming I had learned splurt, it's a real game changer. The back half of Felwithe was easier for me because most of the 7 guard spawns aren't in heal range of each other.(besides the 2 guards outside the portal room and the one above who will heal through the wall unless you separate them)

Binding at druid ring in Steamfont to sell, and then bank in Felwithe with the Freeport bank trick, just stand out of LoS and you can use the banker.

Good luck!

Yeah, Felwithe guards are great exp and money once you get Splurt. After you learn the ins and outs of the camp it becomes super relaxing, safe, and great money. Would recommend 51-55.
