Send out unsolicited tells to other players in zone asking if they need a port or a rez!

If you really hate such tells (i don't), just go anon like everybody else, problem solved. Storm in a teacup.

Try playing a bard over level 54 ... constant tells asking you to PL folks for cash.

For a community that outwardly hates bards, powerleveling, and swarming so much ... there sure are a lot of people willing to fork over cash and tell random strangers asking for a PL.

For the record, I don't PL ... and i haven't swarmed since level 40.

I don't think people ever outwardly hated bards. I think they outwardly hated the hybrid exp penalty. Now that that's gone, I think the love will show more.

Even before the penalty removal, if I couldn't find an enchanter for our group, I'd still invite bards. Not sure if that's a positive comment or not. :D

This is just a vocal minority of classicists on the board.

People leveling their second, third, fourth, fifth, etc toon don't typically give a shit about PL grinding out 20 or 30 levels in a week.

I think newer players get intimidated by level 60s, so I don't get bugged very often unanon. That or they don't know what a hierophant is.
