Shackle of Steel
 

At this point in the timeline, the Shackle of Steel quest should be implemented and available to players. I am unable to get dialogue from quest NPCs and I am unable to find the items in the zones where they should be.

Any information about why this Period-Current quest is unavailable to players?

Are you expecting us to answer to you and explain why it is not in yet?

We will look into it when we get a chance.

I just ran through the entire quest and it works fine, what specific problem are you having?

Must have been added last patch. I have all of the items but the iksar master was not responding to chat about student prior to last patch. Will go check this week. Some of the mobs are not where zam and other sites say because the zones and quests have been revamped since velious implementation.

Will post here what I find out.
