I'm sure Swish is broken up about this, but Plug.dj had to shut down due to lack of donations. RIP In peace! was fun while it lasted!

I finally logged in, created a playlist and did some DJing this weekend, so they obviously had to take it down immediately.

My bad guys, sorry! :(

Their operating costs were $2,000/day somehow. They raised ~$45,000 but didn't reach their goal of 1 months' operating costs of $60,0000. They seemed somewhat oblivious to their pending shutdown until about 3 weeks before it happened.

There's noway a DJ Site can run 2k a day..... Bandwidth might be an issue, but you can find a reliable host with unlimited bandwidth for like maybe 100-200 a month.

RIP plug.dj some good times with the guild in there.

Miss plug.dj already =(. So glad I found a way to export playlists literally 5 minutes before it shut down.
